Transforming User Experience and Modernizing CBD's Digital Presence
We successfully enhanced the user experience and modernized the CBD website and intranet application. By identifying gaps and introducing new features, we made information easily accessible within three clicks and improved navigation. Upgrading the CMS to Sitefinity 14.4 (Latest Version), creating section templates and components streamlined content management.

Story
The Commercial Bank of Dubai is one of the most trusted bank in Dubai. CBD should have a good website with intuitive user experience to ensure easy navigation, secure transactions, and efficient access to financial services, enhancing customer trust and satisfaction.
The objective is to analyze the current website’s UI/UX to identify areas for improvement. A new modern design will be developed to align with the company’s branding and best practices, enhancing navigation and user flow. Responsive designs for desktop and mobile devices will be created and implemented into the front-end code. Usability testing will validate the new design, with adjustments made based on user feedback.
